The customer service I received from Savant Systems was exceptional. These guys go over and above what most companies would do. I had a lightning storm that damaged my WiFi equipment. At the time I thought a simple reboot would fix the problem but it did not. Contacted Savant Systems and the next morning they had a technician out to assess the damage. They identified the faulty parts, collected the new parts and had me up and running before the day was over. Nothing short of exceptional as I use the internet to conduct business and cannot afford the downtime.
